About Tharon Johnson
Tharon Johnson is the founder and CEO of Paramount Consulting Group, a full service, bipartisan government affairs and communications firm based in Atlanta, serving clients in the corporate and political sectors.
A nationally recognized political strategist and trusted community leader, Tharon appears each week on Fox 5 Atlanta’s longest-running public affairs program, “The Georgia Gang” and on 90.1 WABE-FM’s popular “Political Breakfast” podcast, ranked among the top 40 political podcasts nationally.
Tharon advises elected officials at the highest levels of government. Most recently he served as a senior advisor to the Biden-Harris campaign in the battleground state of Georgia. He has served at senior levels of federal, state, and local campaigns, including for President Barack Obama, Congressman John Lewis, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Congressman John Barrow and DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond.
He appears regularly as a key contributor on news shows, including CNN, MSNBC and Atlanta’s WSB-TV, providing timely insights and analysis of political developments at the national, state and local levels. He also is frequently quoted in Newsweek, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Political Insider blog, Politico, Roll Call, The Hill and other notable publications.
Tharon has received “40 Under 40” awards from both Georgia Trend Magazine and Atlanta Business Chronicle and was named one of the “Top 25 Most Influential Georgians” by James Magazine. He was the youngest and first African American to receive the “Campaign Manager of the Year” distinction from the American Association of Political Consultants. In addition to his political honors, Tharon was also awarded the “Unsung Hero Award” by his alma mater Clark Atlanta University for outstanding contributions in Arts & Sciences.

About Keyoshe Wilson
Keyoshe Wilson is the Executive Director for Paramount Consulting Group, dedicated to supporting the vision, growth, and development of the firm. Before joining Paramount, Keyoshe worked in the legal arena with shareholders and partners in corporate law, entertainment law, and government law and policy. She received a master’s degree from the University of Illinois in Human Resources with a concentration in organizational leadership. With over 10 years of experience, she’s been able to help cultivate, organize, and build the teams and organizations in which she’s worked.
About Lorie Smith
Lorie is a native Atlantan with decades of experience consulting in politics, public relations, and government affairs. After starting her career in DC on Capitol Hill and doing a stint with the Democratic Party of Georgia, she founded Parrish, Smith Associates in 1991. For many years, she worked as a consultant to Citigroup, The Coca-Cola Company, The Council for Quality Growth and The Atlanta BeltLine. She has also run many city and statewide initiatives such as The Clean and Safe Energy Coalition, Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Act and a number of E-splost campaigns.
About Taos Wynn
Taos is a Georgia native and 40 under 40 Emory University Alum. Taos recently received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Public Administration degree from Georgia State University where He was also named a 40 under 40 recipient. Leveraging 10+ years of business/ nonprofit experience and expertise, Taos has successfully initiated nonpartisan community projects and service-based initiatives with a focus on human rights domestically and abroad. He currently, continues to expand efforts through leadership, public awareness, and shaping policy and legislation. Taos has performed multiple international mission trips and has also dedicated hundreds of hours to serving communities. His notable work in advocacy (initiated in 2016 alongside coalitions for voting rights and human trafficking prevention) has made Taos a distinguished voice in the community. Now, coupled with his time serving as a Senate Aide for multiple legislative seasons and the recent completion of a legal policy and legislative externship at the Georgia Capitol. As a rising talent in the advocacy, interfaith, and political space, Taos has published editorials, garnered media appearances, and achieved City and State recognitions; to include the City of Atlanta Phoenix Award and the Outstanding Georgia Citizen Award presented by the Georgia Secretary of State.
